Respiratory Care Associates, Ltd. was organized on December 1, 2000 as an Ohio Limited Liability Company (Registration Number 1194723). The company has a record of good standing with the State of Ohio and the Office of the Secretary of State.

Respiratory Care Associates, Ltd. was first established to fill a void in providing respiratory care services for skilled nursing facility patients after major changes in the Medicare payment system. Respiratory Care Associates, Ltd. has been providing those services for over five years.

Recent changes in Medicare payment for home oxygen patients has resulted in another service to be offered by the company. Respiratory Care Associates, Ltd. has established a new division within the company as an approved Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility.

This division will provide overnight pulse oximetry testing for patients with home oxygen through agreements with different Durable Medical Equipment Supply Companies to provide the equipment necessary for testing in the comfort of the patient’s home. Respiratory Care Associates, Ltd. – Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility Division then analyzes the results and forwards those results to both the ordering physician and the supply company.

Respiratory Care Associates, Ltd. accepts Medicare assignment and there is no additional billing other than the patient’s co-pay. We are here to assist you any way we can. Please give us a call!
